1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the bgb444 platform at bgb444.net — whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other interface — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and bgb444 (the platform operator).

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

bgb444 uses automated age and identity screening tools as part of the account registration and withdrawal verification process. Players who are found to have provided false information regarding their age or identity will have their accounts closed immediately and any balances may be forfeited.

3. Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Creating Your Account

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bgb444 login credentials (username and password). In the event of a dispute regarding a sporting result, bgb444's decision — based on the official governing body's ruling — is final.

bgb444 reserves the right to void any bet placed at manifestly incorrect odds due to a pricing error ("palpable error"). Players who knowingly exploit pricing errors may have their accounts suspended. Voided bets are returned to the player's account balance at the original stake amount.

6.2 Casino Games

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by bgb444

bgb444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances: breach of these Terms & Conditions; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or match-fixing; a court order or instruction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority; account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Where an account is suspended pending an investigation, the associated balance will be held securely and returned to the player if the investigation concludes in their favour, subject to standard verification procedures. Where an account is permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited in accordance with the nature of the breach.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure
